Our slouchy Rock Pool Trousers are a relaxed evolution of the classic Prairie style, blending ease and versatility with a distinctive silhouette. Crafted from The Make Shed’s own incredibly soft, tumbled linen, they offer effortless comfort and natural movement.

Featuring a very gentle barrel shape through the leg and a scooped hem — concave at the front and convex at the back — they create a flattering, laid-back outline. A soft centre front seam and subtle cross-knee seam add character and a relaxed feel.

Designed with an elasticated waistband, practical side pockets, and large patch pockets on the back, they balance functionality with simple design.

Loose fitting and easy to wear, they’re ideal for everyday comfort and quiet style.

Care 

Wash at 30 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble. Shake out and dry flat. Dark colours may bleed initially so wash separately.

Designed and constructed in the UK, The Keep is a new collection from The Make Shed — a study in strength, sanctuary, and the quiet beauty of things made to last.

Inspired by the inner sanctum of the castle keep, this collection embodies the idea of a modern refuge — clothing that offers comfort and confidence, wrapping the wearer in warmth, resilience, and quiet purpose. There’s a heritage in every detail, yet a bold modernity in how these pieces move and feel.

The palette draws from the natural and the noble: rich chocolate, mineral blue, warm mauves and lilacs, grounded by deep blacks and smoky greys. Each tone speaks of depth and endurance — warming, grounding, and endlessly wearable.
