Should you need to return an item

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by The Make Shed of Goudhurst, Kent UK.

The Handmade collection is made in small quantities in hand selected fabric for The Make Shed, should your order arrive and you wish to return for any reason we are very happy to offer a credit note or refund.

We encourage our customers to try the product in the first few days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase then please let us know. We’ll try to solve your problems quickly, efficiently and with as little fuss as possible. First, please let us know you wish to return your purchase within 7-days of receipt via email at We will then reply with a return address and instructions.  

You are eligible for a credit note or refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and will not be able to receive a credit note or refund. Each order returned will have a handling fee of 3% (the sales processing fee charged by the payment providers). Goods should be returned within 14-days and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.  You will be responsible for the cost of return except for damaged goods. We recommend you use a tracking service with insurance as we cannot issue refunds without receiving the returned item.

All goods need to be returned in the same as purchased in “resale condition”. Upon receipt, an exchange or refund will then be issued immediately.
